International Ecuadorian Lunch will take place on Sunday, July 13, starting at 10:45 a.m. All are invited.
CCD Program starts again on September 14 with its registrations after each Sunday Mass.
Centennial anniversary of the construction of our church – main projects: * installation of the new Main Altar of Christ the High Priest – completed on August 11, 202; * creation of a new chapel in the church ( Chapel of the Crucified Lord ) with His images coming from various parts of the world ( situated on the left side of the staircase leading us to the choir loft ) – completed on July 4, 2021; * construction of a new sidewalk behind the church – connecting the existing sidewalk on both sides of the church ) – completed on August 14, 2021; * erection of a statue of St. Joseph the Worker in the garden area on the right side of the church – completed on September 2, 2021; * installation of the Praying Angel on the left side of the church on August 20, 2022; * renovation of the parish parking lot’s wall on August 21, 2022; * installation of a new welcoming sign in front of the church on October 7, 2022; * renovation of the kitchen and the stage in our Parish Center ( April 2023 ); * renovation of the sidewalk in front of the church and the staircase that leads to its front entrance door ( April 2023 ); * renovation of the staircase leading to the side doors of the church and to the front door of the rectory ( May 2024 )
Travelling Chalice: To promote prayers for vocations among our parishioners and to ask the Lord to inspire young men from our parish to enter Priesthood, I warmly invite you, my Dear Parishioners and Friends of the Parish, to consider receiving an old chalice, hosting it for a week and at the time of its presence among you, saying a daily prayer for vocations. Parish Raffle 2025 – its drawing took place last Sunday, June 29 at 7:00 p.m. in our Parish Center with the following 10 winners: Diane Satterthwaite + Awilda de Jesus + Rosemarie Filchuk + Nora Lozada + Edna Santiago + Diane Toye + Jorge + Dalona Cabrera + Juan Castro + Alicia Silva. Congratulations! With many thanks to those of you, who purchased tickets for this raffle. In a way, we are all winners for having contributed to the financial well-being of the parish.
International Pilgrimage of St. Stephen’s Church with our main destination being Our Lady of La Salette Shrine in the French Alps. During this special trip, we will visit many religious and non-religious sites in 6 European countries ( Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and France ). There are no more seats available.
National Pilgrimage of St. Stephen’s Church will take us to the Name of God Shrine in St. Augustine, Florida as well as such holy sites as Our Lady Queen of Universe Church in Orlando and St. Jude Greek Catholic Shrine in Miami. The trip that will take place on August 9 – 16 has no more seats available.
Parish Retreat: Fr. John will conduct a special retreat for our parishioners on Saturday, July 12 at Our Lady of Czestochowa Shrine in Doylestown, PA. More information after each Sunday Mass.
Next Parish Bingo will take place on Saturday, August 2 at 7:00 p.m. It will also feature music, dancing, food and refreshments.
5th Championship Games in Soccer of St. Stephen’s Church: All are warmly invited to this special sport, social, fund-raising event on Sunday, August 23. It will be held on the soccer field located next to the small lake by the church, starting at 9:00 a.m. It will also feature food and refreshments. All proceeds for our parish.
