CCD program of 2017/18 :      The program offers the following schedule of classes:  * Mondays at 4:30 p.m. ( first year of First Holy Communion ), Tuesdays at 4:30 p.m. ( second year of First Holy Communion ), Mondays at 3:45 p.m. ( first year of Confirmation ), Tuesdays at 4:30 p.m. ( second year of Confirmation ), Thursdays at 3:45 p.m. ( grades 3 – 6 of those kids, who have already received their First Hoy Communion ), Thursdays at 4:30 p.m. in Spanish and Sundays at 1:00 p.m. ( for those kids, who cannot come during the week – in English and in Spanish. St. Stephen’s International Pilgrimages # 7 ( May 14 – 27 ) and # 8 ( July 15 – 28 ):  everybody is invited to be a part of this unique spiritual experience. Next year it will take us to such famous spiritual sites as Our Lady of LaSalette Shrine in France + St. John Vianney’s place of ministry in Ars, France + Our Lady of Nations Shrine in Amsterdam, Netherlands + Our Lady of the Poor Shrine in Banneaux, Belgium + Benedictine Abbey in Echternach, Luxembourg + Royal Cathedral in Monte Carlo, Monaco + the Chapel of the Shroud of Jesus in Turin, Italy + St. Florin Cathedral in Vaduz, Liechtenstein + Chapel of the Winding Bridge in Lucerne, Switzerland + Shrine of the holy Cross in Landsberg am Lech, Germany. Among the non-religious sites of interest will be: a cruise on the famous Amsterdam canals and a train ride via Glacier Express to see glaciers in the Swiss Alps. The cost per person is $3100.00 and includes the air-fare, hotel accommodation, daily breakfast, transportation in Europe & all sightseeing.


Sacrament of Confirmation:    will be celebrated in our parish by His Excellency, Most Rev. Paul G. Bootkoski, Bishop-Emeritus of Metuchen on October 30 at 6:00 p.m. All are invited.


Opening Mass for our Parish Anniversaries ( 110 years of St. Stephen’s + 10 years of our ministry in Spanish ):   will be offered by His Excellency Most Rev. James F. Checchio, Bishop of Metuchen on Sunday, November 19 at 11:30 a.m.  The Mass will be in English with songs and readings in English, Spanish and Hungarian. It will be followed by a special anniversary banquet in our Parish Center  ( $20.00 per person ).   All parishioners are warmly invited to these historic events.


International Dinners:   Peruvian – this coming Sunday, October 22 at 1:00 p.m. + Portuguese – Sunday, October 29 at 1:00 p.m. Tickets at $8.00 per person are available at the door.
